Alumnos demostrando lo que han aprendido. Hay pocas cosas mas gratificantes para un docente que ver cómo se manejan tus "chicos" en situaciones reales y en este grado tienen la suerte de hacerlo. Cocinan muy bien y aprenden el trato al cliente, son amables y detallistas. Siempre da gusto reservar y comer en su salón.

There are few things more rewarding for a teacher than seeing how your "kids" handle themselves in real-life situations, and in this class, they're fortunate enough to do so. They cook very well and learn how to treat customers; they're friendly and attentive to detail. It's always a pleasure to book and eat in their dining room.

Hoy habia cocktail de bienvenida, flor de alcachofa, borraja con almejas, bacalao con ajoarriero, magret de pato y mousse de chocolate blanco con helado de naranja. Incluye ademas vino, un glarima blanco muy rico y un tinto tempestades? Carinena tambien muy bueno. Ademas cafe con especialidades como quemadillo de Ron, y cierre con unas pastas. Todo casero, desde la caipirina, el vermu, el pan... El pan riquisimo, hecho alli, tanto el integral, el de pasas, torta de aceite... I'd never been before. It's the restaurant for the institute's catering program. It's a set menu for 25 euros. Today there was a welcome cocktail, artichoke blossom, borage with clams, cod with garlic, duck breast, and white chocolate mousse with orange ice cream. It also includes wine: a delicious white Glarima and a red Tempestades? Carinena, also very good. Plus, coffee with specialties like rum quemadillo, and a rounding off with pastries. Everything is homemade, from the caipirina, the vermouth, the bread... The bread is delicious, made there, both whole-wheat, raisin, and olive oil cake... In short, totally recommendable, not to mention the fantastic attention of the students. And cloakroom service! We went with two little ones and it was phenomenal.
